These terms govern your use of VALDI's services. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Ativanna LLC ("VALDI," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company operating the online store at valdi.store. Effective June 25, 2026.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from the store, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Cookies policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Orders ship within the United States.

4. Description of services

We sell women's footwear and related products. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Pricing, taxes & payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments / Shop Pay); we do not store full card details.

7. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the store, infringe our rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Intellectual property

The VALDI name, logos, content, images and code are owned by Ativanna LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Disclaimers

The store and products are provided "as is" except for the express 2-month manufacturing guarantee and any rights you have under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ativanna LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the store or breach of these terms.

14. Modifications

We may update the store and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then resolved in the competent courts located in Wyoming.

16. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, with the policies referenced, are the entire agreement between us.
