Shipping policy

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping methods & costs

We ship across the United States via USPS and UPS. Rates and delivery estimates:

3. Free shipping threshold

Enjoy free Standard shipping on US orders over $75, calculated after any discounts and before tax.

4. Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. APO/FPO and US territory shipping may be limited. International shipping is not available yet.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

6. Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you open a carrier claim.

7. Address changes

Address changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. Contact support quickly and we'll do our best to update it in time.
